Therapeutic approach
The approach I use in therapy is based on Carl G. Jung’s analytical psychology (Jungian psychotherapy). It’s a depth-oriented psychodynamic method, meaning that symptoms and struggles often have unconscious or unacknowledged meanings, with roots in early life experiences and childhood relationships. This approach recognizes the influence of the unconscious and harnesses the power of the therapeutic relationship.
Jungian therapy aims to bring unconscious processes into awareness, ease inner conflicts, loosen the grip of complexes, and relieve neuroses. At its core, it supports and guides the process of individuation—the journey of becoming one’s true self and realizing one’s full potential in life.

Whether you're interested in an in-person session or meeting online via video call, just reach out by phone or email to let me know you'd like to book a session—we'll find a time that works for you.
In general, I offer appointments on weekdays between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM, but it's also possible to arrange a session on weekends or in the late evening if needed.
How to join an online session?
Before our scheduled session, I’ll send you a Google Meet link via email or message. You won’t need to download anything—just a device (computer, laptop, tablet, or phone) with a camera, microphone, internet browser, and internet connection.
It’s best to find a private, comfortable space where you feel at ease and won’t be disturbed during the session.
How long does counseling or therapy last?
The number of sessions depends on the topics you bring, your individual needs, and our mutual agreement. Counseling can be short-term—sometimes just a few sessions are enough to create meaningful change.Therapy is usually longer-term, with an average duration ranging from six months to several years, sometimes with shorter or longer breaks in between. The frequency of sessions is flexible and based on what works best for you, though once a week or once every two weeks is generally recommended.
How to pay for a session?
Payment can be made in cash for in-person sessions or via bank transfer. I will send you the IBAN details in the written communication before the session. Payment should be made no later than on the day of the session.
Is it possible to cancel a booked appointment?
You can cancel or reschedule a booked appointment at any time. However, if the session is canceled less than 24 hours in advance, the full fee will be charged. To cancel or reschedule, simply email me or contact me by phone, ideally at least a day before the scheduled session.
